TASTING NOTE:
"A hazy gold beer with a thin ring of bubbles, this has an aroma of lemon, funk, spices and floral lavender with a hint of solvent. It has a medium mouthfeel with lively carbonation. There are notes of wildflower honey, pepper, clove, cheese rind, lemon and red apple skin on the palate, with obvious but well-integrated Brettanomyces barnyard funk that persists slightly on the finish. It's enjoyably smooth, quenching and refreshing, though with room for a little more acidity."
