"Dark brown colour with chestnut highlights and a stable cream-coloured foam. On the nose, dried fruit, dark caramel, light roast, coffee, and a touch of alcohol. Flavour carries chocolate, toffee, dried fruit, roasted malt, firm bitterness like dark chocolate, and light coffee roast. Body is medium, with carbonation steady but not distracting. Finish is bitter, roasted, with dried fruit and caramel."
