"A clear deep straw beer with a thick white head, this has very mild aromas of cracker, bread, lemon and pepper. The body is relatively light, with moderate carbonation and a palate that's more expressive than the aroma, with notes of spice, wood and floral perfume. The finish is spicy and lingering with enjoyably firm bitterness."
