"Dark brown, clear, with low off-white head. On the nose, chocolate, caramel, chocolate cookies, fudge, and hazelnut notes. Flavour shows semi-sweet malt, chocolate and caramel, light graininess, and gentle acidity. Body is medium, carbonation moderate, giving smooth lift. Finish is semi-sweet with subtle bitterness, leaving a soft chocolate aftertaste."
