TASTING NOTE:
"Pin bright, beautiful gold colour, small white head that persists with rising bubbles. Attractive in the glass. Hay, straw, floral, slightly eatery notes with sulphur on the nose. Gooseberry white grape hop flavours. Possibly accompanied by a touch of acetaldehyde but very faint on the palate. Good level of carbonation, which leaves it with a creamy mouthfeel. Pleasant level of bitterness with blended honey sweetness on the finish."
