TASTING NOTE:
"A golden bright beer with good persistent foam, though with a muted aroma of light yellow fruit hops with some fruity esters. The palate is rather sweet and honeyed with more fruit, background hints of clove and black pepper, then high residual sweetness in a slightly metallic finish, though sufficiently drying to prevent cloying. It would benefit from a little more yeast presence."
