"Light golden in colour, with bright clarity. Notes of DMS/corn on the nose—which is acceptable for the style—with a light bready character and touch of caramel malt; some savoury, stock-like notes and wortiness are also present. The malt notes carry over to the flavour, which is lemony, sweet, and bready. This fades to a drying finish with a little spicy character and slight bitterness."
