TASTING NOTE:
"Golden opalescent. A mix of floral notes and herbal grassiness, a low graininess. Solid bitterness, with neutral malts and hops unfilding into citrus and pine, lingers in the aftertaste. Dry, thirstquenching finish. Yellow, slight opacity, a touch of moderate head retention; sweet aroma and palate, mineral finish, well-formed body gold colour slightly hazy beer. On the nose, green notes like grass, herbal. On the palate, bit of oxidation, still green notes, medium bitterness, medium carbonation. Pale yellow in appearance with haziness. Good head retention. Muted tropical notes on the aroma. Soft, citrussy at first than earthy and bitter. High minerality. Punchy bitterness in the finish."
