"Golden yellow, clear, steady white foam. On the nose, light citrus, faint floral hop, slight grain, touch of sulphur. Flavour has light malt, soft citrus, mild herbal hop, low bitterness, small residual sweetness. Carbonation is high and sharp, giving freshness but slightly forceful. Finish is short, lightly bitter, with faint malt and citrus."
