TASTING NOTE:
"The beer is a clear light yellow with a medium to high lasting frothy white lacing head. Aromas of spice and lemon are reminiscent of Riesling grapes. The creamy flavor is slightly fruity on the tongue then leans more towards the winey side, making it a nice aperitif. It offers citrusy and lightly vegetable notes with a touch of phenols, balanced flavors, and a medium body with lingering bitterness. A bit of Brett character adds liveliness to this attractively tasty brew."
