"This beer presents light gold with encouraging white foam that reveals low levels of grains, green apple and spicy, noble hops. It features a strong green apple flavour and a light body with a slight astringency. The clean, medium-low spicy hops complement the soft white-bread malt, but we'd love a little more snappiness and bitterness in the finish."
