"Mid golden, gently hazy, good head retention and pleasing lacing. Barnyard (brettanomyces- like) and grapefruit citrus on the nose alongside a suggestion of white grapes and lemon. Lovely quenching tartness on the palate bringing in grapefruit, a touch of sourness/bright acidity and a salinity that is reminiscent of Leipzig Gose. Lingering finish."
