TASTING NOTE:
"Lemon-yellow in colour with a slight haze and a fine head of foam. Citrusy aroma profile with delicate, non-invasive notes of white pepper, joined by suggestions of lemon sherbet and sweet malt. Good carbonation levels for the style, full-bodied with a fruity/ester sweetness on the palate and lemon sherbet and sweet malt continuing onto the palate. Also pear drops and a touch of bready malt, with a spicy bitterness towards the end. Excellent drinkability."
