"The beer features good balance with burnt malts and robust coffee notes. The bitterness is interesting and well-integrated, enhancing the overall complexity. There are pleasant aromas of plum jam and dark fruits with a hint of herbal bitterness. The medium-full body and restrained bitterness contribute to a pleasant, lingering fruity finish. The beer has a nice decoction character with pie crust notes and some restrained esters."
