TASTING NOTE:
"Pitaya's rather neutral flavour, together with the lack of colour in the white variety, makes it a curious choice as a beer additive, and it appears to have little impact here. This is otherwise a golden, slightly hazy beer with good foam and a balanced palate with some acidity and a wild yeast character. It has light caramel grains, yellow fruit hints and a touch of white pepper spice, with a moderately dry and pleasant finish."
