TASTING NOTE:
"Attractive, dark-amber beer with good clarity. The aroma is dominated by chocolate and damson notes. On the palate, there is some green apple, dark chocolate, clove spice, and candi sugar. The beer is light-bodied and a little thin, with a sweet and slightly roasty finish. It is perhaps a little under-fermented and sweet."
