TASTING NOTE:
"Nice, bright, copper appearance. Dried fruit complex malt character, very subtle hoppy/fruityness and esters in the nose. Medium dry, full body with the elements from the aroma here too, lean and balanced with well-formed complexity on the palate. Rich, sweet and harmoneous finish. Amber in colour and with a deep honeyed sweetness on the tongue. Almost manuka-like and yet without being cloying. Garnet colour with a very soft haze. Both hney and maple syrup are clearly identifiable on the nose. They're there on the palate but don't overwhelm the beer. Malty character balances them well. Honeyed finish. Very pleasant beer - no recomendations."
