"A slightly hazy beer with a dark copper colour, an ivory head and an aroma of smoked cheese adding depth while balanced with notes of caramel and biscuit. The rich, warm flavour blends wood and smoke, with a good malty backbone and balanced residual sweetness, possibly based on a dark Doppelbock, yielding a very drinkable beer that hides its alcohol well."
