"Light red and clear with a white effervescent head and good retention. Notes of bakewell tart on the nose - cherry, marzipan/amaretto. Taste is very enjoyable - the marzipan doesn't follow through from the nose, and the cherry is balanced and not too sweet or tart. A very well-crafted beer."
