"Pale yellow colour with light haze and a moderate white head. On the nose, floral lemon, grain, light pollen, faint sulphur, soft yeast, slight acidity. Flavour brings subtle citrus, grain sweetness, mild herbal notes, and restrained bitterness. Body is slender, with medium carbonation giving gentle lift. Finish is lightly bitter, grain-led, with soft citrus and herbal traces."
