"Clear pale yellow with small white foam. On the nose, freshly cut apples, light lemon, gentle grain, and soft dough. Flavour carries subtle lemony and spicy hops, mild malt sweetness, faint cereal and corn notes, and moderate bitterness. Body is light, carbonation moderate, giving gentle lift. Finish is clean, lightly bitter, with soft fruity and malt notes."
