"Golden and clear with a head that dissipates quickly. The nose reveals subtle pear drop notes that fade rapidly. The beer is medium-carbonated with delicate corn flavours, culminating in a medium-dry finish. It pours with a rich gold colour, and while the aroma hints at oily Riesling, the taste is viscous and warming, with a bittersweet finish."
