"The beer presents a crystal, copper-ruby appearance with a medium off-white to beige head. Aromas of dark caramel, woody malt, herbal, and lightly citrusy notes mingle with red apple and spiced rye. Light bodied and medium low carbonation, there are more green apple notes on the palate and a rising astringency in the finish."
