Bright raspberry red in colour, raspberry to taste with a slight lemon and peppery note on the aroma. The raspberry flavour is quite subdued, with a dry mouthfeel and more traditional lambic flavours coming in. The carbonation is quite good and carries it towards the finish, which offers a slight raspberry seed bitterness."
