" Brilliant red, slightly hazy. Aroma has a very strong blueberry and hibiscus note. Taste is rather tart hibiscus tea, with a quick jolt of vinegar followed by a mixed berry sweetness and a blueberry skin. Ending with a lingering flavour of tea and slight matchstick smokiness."
