"Hazy light gold in colour. The nose has a classically peppery, spicy, saison character, with very soft fruitiness in the back. The body is light enough to be refreshing, but interesting enough to be fascinating. Slightly sweet peppery spice up front, with apricot as it segues to the mid-palate and a dry, spicy-bitter finish. Lovely."
